Teacher of the Visually Impaired

ESU13 is looking to hire a Teacher of the Visually Impaired.  This is a full time position that will begin in August of 2019.  The TVI will provide instruction to children ranging in ages from birth to 21 years old.  ESU13 and this TVI position will serve school districts within the Panhandle of Nebraska. Speech-Language Pathologist

ESU13 has positions available for both part-time and full-time Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2019-2020 school year.  Office locations are in Sidney, Chadron, and Scottsbluff.  Qualifications for these positions include a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.  Nebraska Certification or eligibility for Nebraska Certification as CCC-SLP preferred, but CFY supervision is available.  ESU13 has a competitive salary and benefit package.  If interested in these openings, send a letter of interest, ESU13 job application, and resume to Jerry Becking at (Jbecking@esu13.org)

Head Start, Teacher Assistant-Scottsbluff & Bridgeport

ESU13 is hiring a Head Start Teacher Assistant at our Scottsbluff location.  This is a 35 hour per week position and works within our Scottsbluff Head Start program.  The Teacher Assistant provides classroom support for the classroom teacher as they work collaboratively with our students.  ESU13 has a competitive salary and benefit package.  Interested individuals should send a letter of interest, ESU13 job application, and resume to Jerry Becking at (jbecking@esu13.org)

Regional ASD Coordinator

ESU13 is seeking a Regional ASD Coordinator for the Nebraska Autism Spectrum Disorder Network.  This position will support and manage the Western Region ASD Grant.  The potential candidate will have an office in the Scottsbluff, Sidney, or Chadron, Nebraska area. This person will provide on-going training and consultation services to school districts across the state for students with autism.  This position will also collaborate with the ASD Network State and regional coordinators on referral activities, statewide and regional trainings.  The ideal candidate will have a B.S. or higher in Special Education, School Psychology, or a related field.  A minimum of three years of supporting youth and their families.  A Nebraska teaching license is preferred but not required.  Interested individuals should send a Letter of Interest, ESU13 Job Application, and Resume to Jerry Becking at (jbecking@esu13.org)

LifeLink Nebraska

ESU 13 and LifeLink Nebraska are seeking a certified special education teacher to lead students, ages 18-21, to successful futures. LifeLink Nebraska is a Think College program based on the WNCC campus. The ideal candidate will be a creative, student-focused teacher who believes all students can succeed. This full time position is based on a 185 day contract and will begin with the 2019-2020 school year. Competitive salary and benefits are available.  Nebraska special education teacher certification is required. Regional Migrant Education Program Recruiter

 

ESU13 has a current position available for a full-time Migrant Education Recruiter.  This position will work with families to identify and recruit agricultural families to the Migrant Education Program.  Qualifications for this position include a High School Diploma or GED, self-motivated, excellent written and verbal skills, enthusiastic learner, basic computer skills and preferred Bilingual. ESU #13’s LifeLink School is taking applications for substitute Job Coaches for the 2018-19 school year. This position is an "on call" basis. No certification is needed.
