Data Cabling Notice for Bid
Educational Service Unit #13 (ESU13) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to install data cabling in their new Sidney NE, Branch office. The project and specific services to be provided are described in the following document links.
Vendor must be current Panduit factory registered partner in good standing, with no less than 5 years of similar work in size shall complete network installation. The contractor shall have completed BCSI product and installation training. A copy of the Panduit current Contractor Registration Certificate and the contractors RCDD on staff certificate must be sent in with submittals.
Proposals will be accepted until 3PM MST, Wednesday, March 11, 2020 Please submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of your bid in a sealed envelope or send one (1) copy electronically to the email provided. Bids will be evaluated at the meeting of the ESU 13 Board of Education, the evening of March 17, 2020. ESU 13 shall be the sole judge of the bid and the resulting agreement that is in its best interest and its decision shall be final. All bidding and award procedures undertaken by ESU 13 in regard to this project shall be consistent with the ESU 13's adopted procurement procedures. Pending funding approval, installation must be coordinated with the ESU13 technical team and the general contractor of the building project.
