Early Childhood Special Education
ESU 13's Early Childhood Special Education Teachers provide Early Intervention services for children with developmental delays or special health needs, birth to age three, and their families. Early Intervention helps families support and promote their child's development within the family's everyday activities and community life. The teachers also provide early childhood special education services for children ages three to five who have verified disabilities or developmental delays. Early Intervention and early childhood special education services are provided at no cost to the families of children who qualify for the programs.
