Hello and Welcome to Educational Service Unit #13!
I am excited to serve as the Administrator for ESU #13. I have had the privilege of working for ESU #13 for many years. I am excited to have the opportunity to serve in a new role here and to continue to work in an organization that serves, supports and empowers our 21-member school districts, the ESU #13 staff, and the communities we serve.
My past educational experiences here at ESU #13 include Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing, Assistant Coordinator for the Central/Western Nebraska Partnership for Children who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, Secondary Transition Specialist, Special Education Coordinator and Director. I also served as the Director of Student Services for Gering Public Schools.
I attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and earned a B.S. Degree in Education and M. Ed. in Special Education. I attended Chadron State College and earned a M.S. in Educational Administration in 2012. Finally in 2020, I completed my Specialist Degree and Doctorate in Educational Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
I have been blessed with a great and supportive family. My husband Bryan works in agricultural finance and we love to travel together. I have two sons who come along with us on all of our adventures.
I am excited to serve all of you through the work we do at ESU #13.
