The ESU 13 Leadership Team meets regularly to guide the direction and growth of our service unit. The team reviews departmental progress, celebrates achievements, and plans for upcoming initiatives. Through thoughtful collaboration, they support strategic decision-making, coordinate efforts across programs, and drive continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization. Their work ensures alignment with ESU 13’s mission and strategic priorities, strengthening services and support for the schools and communities we serve.
