Bid responses will be received by the Educational Service Unit #13 Board of Education, 4215 Avenue I, Scottsbluff, Nebraska 69361 until 2:00 p.m. on the 11th day of March, 2021, for purchase of the following described real estate:

 

The E ½ of Block 19, and an adjacent 11' x 133' strip acquired from the City of Sidney, Clarkson 2nd Addition, Cheyenne County, NE, also known as 1114 Toledo Street, Sidney, Nebraska 69162

 

Subject to any and all: 1. Real estate taxes; 2. Special assessments; and 3. Easements, covenants, and restrictions of record.  Minimum bid is $65,000.00.  The property is sold “As-Is”.  All bids, properly received, will be opened at that time in an open and public letting.  The ESU #13 Board of Education will review all bids at their March 16th Board Meeting with the intent of entering into a purchase agreement for the sale of the property to the highest bidder.  The ESU #13 Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid considered most advantageous to them.
